We offer more than just high design homes and Villas. We are attune to what you would desire if you stayed at your favorite five star five diamond property. From fast, professional housekeeping to attentive management, the home is set to meet your needs and expectations as a standard.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

Our process is simple:

1. Find the home that fits your needs. A dedicated booking agent is on hand to build your perfect stay.
2. If you need approval from your group, you may receive an all-inclusive bid based on our additional offerings (golf carts, provisioning, concierge services and options.
3. Book the home. Sign the Agreement, the home is held for 5 days.
4. 50% deposit secures the home
5. Fill out our guest questionnaire. Who is coming, what is the occasion, and what are special needs, dietary requirements etc.
6. Schedule a call with our concierge and or begin trading email or WhatsApp messages.
7. Receive a pre-travel itinerary and custom App with all information for your stay, including messaging system for you and your guests to make any requests during the trip.
8. SIMPLY ARRIVE- our team will greet you at the airport, schedule transfers and get you to the home. Arriving separately, no problem. We will handle the details. Each guest is greeted and transferred until all are in the home and settled.
9. 24×7 Management Support- our team is on hand throughout the stay to accommodate any request.
